Tool 11

1. What are your favorite tools you now have in your personal technology toolbox? Briefly describe a particular activity that you will plan for your students using at least one of these new tools.
Wallwishing, Ever Poll, or Stupeflix Studio. Ever Poll can be used as a warm up exercise or to see what the students beginning knowledge is with a particular objective

2. How have you transformed your thinking about the learning that will take place in your classroom? How has your vision for your classroom changed? Are you going to need to make any changes to your classroom to accommodate the 21st Century learner? I love learning new things and this is differently the way to go, new ways to present information.
I have completed the 23 things and the 11.5 more things and have used that knowledge to start using these new tools. Being in CTE we must stay on top of new idea in respect to technology. Every time I say, ‘this is the easiest way” or” this is the best site” someone in my class knows of another way or a better site.
3. Were there any unexpected outcomes from this program that surprised you?
The main surprise was how many you had to sign up for or give out personal information iTunes required a credit card. I do not owe an iPhone/Pad/Touch so I did not want to give that information out.
As far as the new online application they were all fun to work with. The classroom is changing all the time and we must change with it to be successful.

  1. Congrats on completing the 11 tools blog. In the future, you do not have to put in a credit card for itunes. You need to be in the process of purchasing a free app when you create your account. Then it will give you the "none" option. If you have an account now, you can go in a remove the credit card info and put the none option. Good luck and enjoy you tools.
